Leading the retreat
Your host is a globally trained chef whose journey spans restaurants, retreat centres, and intimate culinary gatherings. Rooted in a deep love for Mediterranean food and seasonal ingredients, her approach blends technique with intuition, and nourishment with pleasure. With a background in environmental studies, she brings a conscious relationship to the land, while her yoga training in India infuses the experience with presence and care. Drawing also from her work as an art curator, she shapes each retreat as a living, sensory experience.
